where can i download audio spanish lessons?

im looking for just basic words said in spanish then English, so i can listen to it on my ipod when i go to bed.
here’s an example. correr-run comar-eat.

Buy yourslef an audio dictionary for your iPod/mp3 player. That’s what I did but you would still need formal lessons for conjugations and reflexive verbs as well a decent explanation of the preterite form.
