		<description>Well, I would say that a poor person would be likely to have less education and would have worse grammar and use more slang as a result, but thats true of any language. However, there is an accent that my family calls &quot;chilango&quot; that sounds dumb and is usually spoken by poor people in places like DF or Tijuana, though not always. Im not saying they are dumb, they just sounds silly. Think a Georgia or Alabama accent.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
