I don't know enough ...
I don't know enough about other languages, but from what I do know, it's not so much that English is hard as it is just nonsensical. The letter C, the letter X, silent letters, and the like. That, and the fact that all rules are inconsistent in at least one case. That line's been drilled into my head ever since kindergarten: "There's always an exception to what we're telling you about this rule."

all languages had ...
all languages had difficulties to learn, english and its pronunciation, and spanish an its verb conjugation. My main language is spanish, and I can tell you spanish ver b conjugation had a logic and rules, all verbs have a 'root' and a 'suffix' like, "cantar" (to sing), the root is "cant":
cant-o (I sing)
cant-as (you)
cant-a (he, she)
cant-amos (we)
cant-ais (you 'plural')
cant-an (they)
all verbs have generally the same suffixes.

but its hard to ...
but its hard to perfect it because most english speakers dont even speak correctly. for instance who and whom and when and whence and which and that and e.g. and i.e. all sorts to choose from but only one is right.

English is not that ...
English is not that hard, the pronounciation is certanly hard but the lack of conjugation, tenses, etc makes it easier if yu compare it with romance languages.
